3WILL Bunaken Dive Resort has officially completed its extensive, top-to-bottom structural renovation program, marking a complete operational transformation of the hospitality premises formerly known as Daniel's Homestay.

The comprehensive redevelopment project was executed following a major capitalization and lease restructuring by operating corporate entity PT. SATU RUMAH LAUT and international investors. The structural overhaul was initiated to completely modernize the infrastructure and elevate the property to a premium eco-adventure dive destination.

The completed works represent a total physical transformation of the resort, including:

• Accommodation Units:

Comprehensive structural rebuilding of guest rooms and bungalows, featuring extensive roofing replacement, framing updates, and newly designed stone en-suite bathrooms.

• Central Facilities:

A complete rebuild of the main wooden canteen, restaurant, and commercial kitchen infrastructure to support full-board buffet operations.

• Operational Infrastructure:

Deep-site renovations to the dedicated dive center facility, expansion of dry-room storage spaces, modernization of the machine/generator rooms, and installation of upgraded high-capacity power connections.

• Transport & Logistics:

Full structural restoration and outfitting of the resort’s dedicated dive vessels to ensure strict safety compliance.

"This project represents far more than cosmetic updates; it is a structural rebirth of the legacy property," said a representative for PT. SATU RUMAH LAUT.

"By completely rebuilding the accommodations, utilities, and marine facilities from the ground up, we have established a completely new environment. The historical context of the old property no longer reflects the reality of what guests experience today."

Following the finalization of all construction and structural certifications, the resort officially concluded its renovation phase and initiated its grand reopening to international travelers on September 15, 2020. All guest services, diving itineraries, and resort amenities are now fully operational under the exclusive global trademark of 3WILL Bunaken Dive Resort.
